2. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in euros (€) and include any applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed securely through our third-party providers. You will receive access to your files immediately upon successful payment.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and the fact that all files are instantly downloadable, all sales are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless you experience a technical issue (e.g. the file is corrupted or undeliverable). In that case, please contact us within 7 days at hello@lolapaloma.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
